Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you're not, we will happily accept a return for store credit or refund subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached.
Sale items or items purchased during a website promotional event are not edigible for refunds and are only eligible for a store credit, unless the items(s) received are faulty or not as ordered.
Gift cards may not be returned
Items(s) bought with a store credit or gift card can only be refunded as a store credit
If you beleive your item is faulty, please contact the Calli customer service team via the contact us page.

Processing of your return
Once we receive your item(s), it will undergo a quality review. Once this is cleared, your refund (except original shipping fee), your store credit will be processed. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for that order.
We aim to process all returns as soon as the are received. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be completed. It may also take 2-3 working days for your bank to update your credit card statement with the refunded amount.

You will be updated via email once your return has been processed by our team.
